KPS to Present at the NHLSA Summer Quarterly
Please join KPS on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at the NHLSA Summer Quarterly Business Meeting and Seminar. We will be sending a team to present three topics at the 2025 Summer Quarterly.
- Laser scanning demonstration using terrestrial scanner and SLAM scanner (8 – 9 am)
- Fixed wing and rotary UAS Demonstration and UAS processing software (9:15 – 10:15 am)
- Hardware and Software demonstration for GIS (10:45 am – 12 pm)

Kenneth J. Fronheiser, PLS, is a professional licensed land surveyor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with over 17 years of land surveying experience. During that time, Ken has been responsible for a wide variety of surveying projects including Topographical, Boundary, Construction Layout, RTK/GPS, GIS mapping, Bathometric, and Laser Scanning. Ken has worked for a variety of clients that span from private, public, educational institutions and government agencies. In July of 2014 Ken joined Keystone Precision Solutions. Since joining KPS, he has been responsible for internal/external education, leading the growing KPS Support Team and working with our customers to integrate the latest in our product offerings.
Ken is a 1999 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology with degrees in Surveying and Civil Engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, coaching baseball and spending time with family.
Rick Johnston has been a support specialist at Keystone Precision Solutions since June of 2022. In this role, Rick provides technical support as well as training to KPS customers. Rick has over 30 years of experience in geospatial data collection specializing in GPS and UAV data collection. During his career Rick has served as the survey coordinator for a wide range of projects, ranging from small property surveys to managing the GIS data collection on large highway projects. Rick is an FAA licensed UAS pilot and has been using UAVs to collect geospatial data since 2015. Rick is based in the Allentown, Pennsylvania, office of KPS. When Rick is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his son's baseball team, spending time outdoors, and agonizing over the status of the Boston Red Sox.
Jamie Deiana is a Technical UAV Sales Consultant and Trainer. He consults on UAV hardware, software, and workflow design. Jamie is a licensed Part 107 UAV Pilot and Certified UAV Thermographer. He began flying UAVs in 2016 and it has been a passion for him since.
