George Allport is an entrepreneur who is involved in the ownership of several Northeastern US regional businesses that are headquartered in the Lehigh Valley. These include Keystone Precision Solutions, KeyNETGPS and BuildingPoint Northeast, all focused on serving the engineering, surveying and construction sectors by providing leading-edge technology and consulting. George has encouraged his employees to become engaged and active members of their communities through Employee Directed Philanthropy and “Volunteering” Paid Time Off programs. Although born in the Lehigh Valley, George was a military “brat” who spent a large portion of his youth in Latin America. George and his family returned to the Lehigh Valley 16 years ago, where they have established deep community roots. He is an active volunteer and coach with several youth athletic organizations and serves as the Secretary of the Board of Trustees at the Swain School in Allentown. George is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University where he earned a Master’s in Business Administration. George, his three children and their ever-present Labrador Retriever are residents of Emmaus, PA, and enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities.
Charles “Chuck” Kuczynski joined Keystone Precision in the summer of 2017 and is currently the Executive Vice President, a role in which he is responsible for the sales and financial performance of not only KPS but it’s related companies, KeyNETGPS and BuildingPoint Northeast. Chuck utilizes his naturally collaborative outlook, which is in concert with our corporate “Why,” to bring together the various internal departments and stakeholders to help perpetuate a solutions-driven mindset. A graduate of West Chester University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, Kuczynski has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, business development, fundraising and marketing. A Lehigh Valley resident for 15 years, and Leadership Lehigh Valley graduate, Chuck is very active in the community, having served as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels of Northampton County, and supporting organizations like ArtsQuest, Pennsylvania Youth Theater and The Swain School, among others. A former Stone Harbor, NJ, lifeguard for several summers, his passion for surfing and the beach remind him to never leave his truest self behind, helping keep his mindset infinite and sustaining in times of adversity and challenge.
Miguel Colom is our Vice President of Services at KPS. He leads our Services group, which consists of our Hardware Repair, Rental Services and Support teams. He also is strategically engaged in developing the KPS customer experience. Miguel is a proven leader, communicator, strategic planner and problem solver with a passion for blazing new trails. Drawing from his extensive background in consumer electronics and technology, his approach is to use the power of team collaboration and tech to improve the internal and external customer experience. Through the years he has established a proven ability to lead a high-performance team that is motivated and deeply engaged to KPS’s mission and culture. Miguel is a native of Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley and attended college at Penn State University. After earning a degree in International Politics, he gained over 10 years of experience in consumer electronics, operations and customer services. Miguel and his wife have two young sons. They enjoy cycling, traveling, and building Lego’s together.
