Brenton ‘Brent’ Fico is a Support Specialist and Trimble Certified Trainer for Keystone Precision Solutions. Brenton is tasked with providing technical knowledge and survey experience to our customers. Before joining the KPS team, he spent 13 years out and about surveying all over the Northeastern region of the United States. This experience is just another facet of our experienced staff. Brenton enjoys spending time with his wife and children where can usually find them taking in a baseball game or spending as much time as possible outdoors.
Donald Pharo has held the position of Rental Manager at Keystone since 2006. He oversees the utilization and maintenance of the rental fleet for all locations. Don graduated from Delaware Valley University with a B.S. degree in Agribusiness/Marketing and Management. He completed his Surveying coursework at Penn State Lehman Campus in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Don is a Licensed Land Surveyor in the state of PA and has served both as field crew chief and project manager for several consulting firms. He sits on the Northampton County 4-H Center Board and is active in maintaining the 4-H center. Don enjoys volunteering with his wife and daughter at 4-H and church functions throughout the year. He also loves to garden, read and try his hand at cooking.
Michael (Mike) King has been working in the land surveying and civil construction industry since 1996. Mike brings his years of experience within the residential, heavy construction, civil, energy, and pipeline surveying field to Keystone Precision Solutions footprint which assists customers in both training and support. Mike is located out of the Crofton, Maryland Office and resides in Northern Virginia. Mike has worked in multiple roles over the years both in the office and in the field. Contract work, both home and abroad, on a multitude of projects from boundary, rails, roads, to aerial structures and tunneling. In addition to a full-time civilian position, Mike has served in the Army Reserve for over 20 years with three occupational specialties (Technical Engineer, Carpentry/Masonry, and Concrete/Asphalt in technical and supervisory roles) and currently as a Certified Instructor/Facilitator. Mike has experience with logistical and construction management through practical experiences gained through both a military and civilian career.
Rick Johnston is a Support Specialist here at Keystone Precision Solutions. Rick has over 30 years of experience in geospatial data collection specializing in GPS data collection. Throughout his career, Rick has served as the survey coordinator for a wide arrange of projects ranging from small property surveys to managing the GIS data collection on large highway projects. He is an FAA licensed UAS pilot. Rick operates out of the Allentown, Pa office of Keystone Precision Solutions. When he is not working, he likes to spend time with his family, coaching his son’s baseball team, spending time outdoor, and agonizing over the status of the Boston Red Sox.
Crystal is originally from the Poconos(Pennsylvania). She has worked in customer service in either a face-to-face environment or in call centers since 1996. Crystal has a broadcasting degree which she attributes her communication skills to the classes she needed for this role. She enjoys working with customers and getting a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment when she is able to improve their experience with a company and/or resolve their issue or concern or answer questions.
Crystal enjoys spending her time at the beach or camping with my family and dogs. Little known fact, Crystal owns her own custom scented candle company called "Paws Underfoot Candle Company". Check them out on Facebook!
