Russ Carman, a native New Yorker, started his career in this industry as a technician for Nikon Survey Instruments, located in Melville, NY. In the summer of 1996, Keith Border lured Russ away from Nikon to build out Keystone’s first Service Center, and Russ moved his family from Long Island, NY, to suburban Pennsylvania. After getting the Service Center up and running, Russ became the Service Manager for Keystone Precision Solutions. He maintained that position for 12 years, at which time he became Director of Technology Services. In addition to running the IT side of things for KPS, Russ also manages the business side for KeyNetGPS.

Robert Fritz is the Director of Operations at Keystone Precision Solutions. He responsible for driving the growth of the Keystone Precision rental and inside sales portfolio as well as helping to build an operational sales process in coordination with all Keystone office locations. His operational knowledge along with sales skills provides advice and support on building this process. Good music, family and friends and are Rob's passions and he enjoys both playing guitar and cooking for them.
Nancy Neyhart is the Director of Engagement at Keystone Precision Solutions. Nancy’s greatest passions are customer service and employee engagement and she is a strong believer in the power of positivity in the workplace. Before joining KPS, Nancy started her career at BSI Corporate Benefits as an Office Administrator and then worked her way to becoming an Employee and Community Engagement Coordinator. Both her time at BSI and 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry have played pivotal roles in shaping her success. Having grown up in Northeast Pennsylvania near Lake Wallenpaupack, Nancy naturally loves being outdoors, being physically active, hiking and running. You can also find her capturing nature photos or walking her dog, Lola. Nancy graduated from Northampton Community College in 1997 with a Certificate in Early Childhood. Making memories with her children are her most cherished moments.

Joel, a CPA who has over 30 years of public accounting experience, is the Corporate Controller for Keystone Precision Solutions. Prior to joining KPS, he was a shareholder in a regional accounting firm and provided tax and accounting services to medium and large businesses located in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania and Warren County, New Jersey. Joel is a member of the AICPA and PICPA and is involved with various municipal boards and local non-profit community-based organizations. Joel and his wife Bonnie love to hike and have visited many national and state parks. A huge fan of Winston Churchill, Joel’s favorite quote of Winston's is, “The pessimist sees the problems in every opportunity. Whereas the optimist sees the opportunity in every problem. Kenneth J. Fronheiser, PLS is a professional licensed land surveyor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with over 17 years of land surveying experience. During that time, Ken has been responsible for a wide variety of surveying projects to include: Topographical, Boundary, Construction Layout, RTK/GPS, GIS mapping, Bathometric, and Laser Scanning. Ken has worked for a variety of clients that span from private, public, educational institutions, and government agencies. In July of 2014, Ken joined Keystone Precision Solutions. Since joining KPS, he is responsible for sales and support of the Trimble and Spectra Precision line of products in Southeast and Central Pennsylvania. Ken is a 1999 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology with degrees in Surveying and Civil Engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, coaching baseball and spending time with family.
