George Allport, Sr.
Field Service Management & Mapping, GIS Sales Manager
George Allport, Sr., pursued a successful 28-year military career with overseas service in Vietnam, Korea, Argentina, Panama, Nicaragua and Bolivia. Transitioning to civilian status, George Allport, Sr., applied his cultural experience and acquired expertise in GPS technology to establish an operation in El Salvador for the measurement, mapping and parceling of rural lands for distribution following the civil war in El Salvador. Returning to the United States, he joined the team at Planned Dynamics, Middletown, NY, which specialized in supporting Trimble dealers' entry into the emerging application of GPS technology to land measurement. The next step in his journey brought George to the Keystone Precision team in 1996, where he continued to equip, train and support customers in the application of GPS and other emerging measurement technologies. He is a Trimble-certified Trainer and was honored as a member of the Trimble Hall of Fame for Mapping/GIS Sales. George Sr. still supports the KPS sales force for Mapping/GIS equipment applications while simultaneously managing the KPS Field Service Management portfolio. George is active in his church and serves on its governing body. George's lifelong companion is his wife, Connie ( also a Vietnam veteran). They are the proud grandparents of eight and great grandparents of one.

Regional Sales Manager
Newt Carlson is the Regional Manager for Keystone Precision Solutions at their Crofton, MD, office, which covers the Maryland, Delaware and Northern Virginia territory for KPS sales and service. He has been with Keystone for 19 years, serving 16 years as the manager of the Crofton office. Newt has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. Before KPS, Newt worked for the Maryland Academy of Sciences, Spectra Physics, Spectra Precision and Trimble Navigation. Newt is a Vietnam veteran and an NRA-certified Range Safety Officer. His hobbies include golf, target shooting and woodworking. He lives in Severna Park, MD, with his wife Janice and their dog Bradford. He has volunteered as a literacy trainer for the county literacy program and served on various community boards and church councils.

Jim Eget is a Sales Consultant based at our branch office in Crofton, MD. Although Jim has been with the KPS team for about just a few years he has over 20 years of experience in business sales and operations. Jim spent several years in GPS fleet and asset tracking management and working near our nation’s Capital for a good portion of his career providing key insight to the construction and development that has occurred. He currently resides in Tracy’s Landing, MD with his wife, two sons and dog.

Kenneth J. Fronheiser
Kenneth J. Fronheiser, PLS is a professional licensed land surveyor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with over 17 years of land surveying experience. During that time, Ken has been responsible for a wide variety of surveying projects to include: Topographical, Boundary, Construction Layout, RTK/GPS, GIS mapping, Bathometric, and Laser Scanning. Ken has worked for a variety of clients that span from private, public, educational institutions, and government agencies. In July of 2014, Ken joined Keystone Precision Solutions. Since joining KPS, he is responsible for sales and support of the Trimble and Spectra Precision line of products in Southeast and Central Pennsylvania. Ken is a 1999 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology with degrees in Surveying and Civil Engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, coaching baseball and spending time with family.

Joshua A. Gavitt
Joshua A. Gavitt, PLS is a professional, licensed land surveyor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with over 26 years of land surveying experience. During that time Joshua has worked in both the private sector and for the state government where he was responsible for surveys ranging from boundary retracement, topographic and subdivision to complex highway route surveying and layout. Joshua joined Keystone Precision Solutions in March of 2007 and since then has been responsible for sales and support of the Trimble and Spectra Precision line of solutions in North central and Northeast Pennsylvania. Joshua enjoys the outdoors, is an avid sportsman and enjoys running ultra-marathons in the beautiful mountains of Pennsylvania.
Keith P. Jones
Keith P. Jones a is veteran of the Naval Reserve having served 22 years with the Seabees of NMCB 21 and holds a Surveying degree from Penn State University. During that time, he has done Consulting for Engineers and Surveyors on a variety of boundary, topographic, construction, & remediation projects. Since joining Keystone Precision Solutions in 2002, Keith has been responsible for Geospatial sales and support in Southeast Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is on the regional board for the Southeast Pa. Odyssey of the Mind and is an avid Penn State football fan.A motto in which Keith lives by is “Believe deep down in your heart you are destined to great things”, a quote by none other than Joe Paterno.
Barry Latour is the Sales Consultant for Central and Northern New England. He works with Land Surveyors, Environmental Engineers, and others to maximize their productivity in the field as well as in the office helping customers achieve the results that they need to be successful. He has completed many Trimble training courses and attended Trimble Dimensions 2018. Barry was honored to serve as an Infantryman in the United States Army with 1/75th Ranger Battalion and the 3/19th in the 24th Mechanized Infantry Division. Barry is a graduate of Worcester State College and is a proudly active member of the American Legion Post 109 Fiskdale, MA. He enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the New England countryside, throwing horseshoes and competitive target shooting.
Branch Manager, Hackensack Office
Before joining the KPs team, “Lou” was an employee at his father’s business of Mingolo Precision Products for 29 years.
Lou excels in many roles in our Hackensack, New Jersey office. He is not only Office Manager, but also manages Sales, Service and Inventory Control. Lou obtained an Associate’s Degree in Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Lou also received the NJSPLS Friend of the Society Award 2007.
Many would tell you that Lou is both a good listener and advisor. He loves to travel and experience different cultures. Lou enjoys dancing to Latin music and is a big food fanatic. His father was a significant influence in his life, instilling in him to work hard, respect and love each other. Lou’s favorite quote is “God will Provide.”
Jason O’Rourke is a Sales Consultant at Keystone Precision Solutions. As Sales Consultant, Jason assisting our customers with finding the right solutions to get the job done. In addition, Jason helps build new and existing customer relationships. Jason honorably served in the U.S. Navy for four years. He graduated from SUNY Farmingdale with an Associate’s Degree and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from University of New York, Queens College as well as obtained his Certificate in GIS from Ferris State University. Jason is an NSPS Certified Survey Technician and a Member New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors and a Member of National Society of Professional Land Surveyors. His volunteer work includes Little League coaching and Cub Scouts. Jason has many interests but mostly loves the outdoors, reading about exploration, and collecting old maps. He also stays busy with many creative restoration projects and outdoor work at his home. Jason enjoys spending time with his family – his wife, daughter and son and their dog in the beautiful Hudson Valley where they live.
Robert ‘Bobby’ Vargo
Robert ‘Bobby’ Vargo has had the privilege of driving several significant projects at KPS as Northeast Mobile Imaging & MGIS Consultant. He serves KPS’s mapping and scanning groups across the Northeastern territory and their customers with new solution development and customer engagement. Prior to KPS, he worked as a Manufacturing Engineer in the automotive industry, where he specialized in team-oriented problem solving with large-scale production projects, new product launches, and layout design. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics from Lehigh University, where he pushed the limits of design with the use of 3D printing and 3D design software. Robert’s drive to innovate comes from a personal passion for motorsport, where nothing is guaranteed to preside one season into the next.
