George Allport, Sr., pursued a successful 28-year military career with overseas service in Vietnam, Korea, Argentina, Panama, Nicaragua and Bolivia. Transitioning to civilian status, George Allport, Sr., applied his cultural experience and acquired expertise in GPS technology to establish an operation in El Salvador for the measurement, mapping and parceling of rural lands for distribution following the civil war in El Salvador. Returning to the United States, he joined the team at Planned Dynamics, Middletown, NY, which specialized in supporting Trimble dealers' entry into the emerging application of GPS technology to land measurement. The next step in his journey brought George to the Keystone Precision team in 1996, where he continued to equip, train and support customers in the application of GPS and other emerging measurement technologies. He is a Trimble-certified Trainer and was honored as a member of the Trimble Hall of Fame for Mapping/GIS Sales. George Sr. still supports the KPS sales force for Mapping/GIS equipment applications while simultaneously managing the KPS Field Service Management portfolio. George is active in his church and serves on its governing body. George's lifelong companion is his wife, Connie ( also a Vietnam veteran). They are the proud grandparents of eight and great grandparents of one.

Jim Eget is a Sales Consultant based at our branch office in Crofton, MD. Although Jim has been with the KPS team for about just a few years he has over 20 years of experience in business sales and operations. Jim spent several years in GPS fleet and asset tracking management and working near our nation’s Capital for a good portion of his career providing key insight to the construction and development that has occurred. He currently resides in Tracy’s Landing, MD with his wife, two sons and dog.

Keith P. Jones a is veteran of the Naval Reserve having served 22 years with the Seabees of NMCB 21 and holds a Surveying degree from Penn State University. During that time, he has done Consulting for Engineers and Surveyors on a variety of boundary, topographic, construction, & remediation projects. Since joining Keystone Precision Solutions in 2002, Keith has been responsible for Geospatial sales and support in Southeast Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is on the regional board for the Southeast Pa. Odyssey of the Mind and is an avid Penn State football fan.A motto in which Keith lives by is “Believe deep down in your heart you are destined to great things”, a quote by none other than Joe Paterno.
Barry Latour is the Sales Consultant for Central and Northern New England. He works with Land Surveyors, Environmental Engineers, and others to maximize their productivity in the field as well as in the office helping customers achieve the results that they need to be successful. He has completed many Trimble training courses and attended Trimble Dimensions 2018. Barry was honored to serve as an Infantryman in the United States Army with 1/75th Ranger Battalion and the 3/19th in the 24th Mechanized Infantry Division. Barry is a graduate of Worcester State College and is a proudly active member of the American Legion Post 109 Fiskdale, MA. He enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the New England countryside, throwing horseshoes and competitive target shooting.
Before joining the KPs team, “Lou” was an employee at his father’s business of Mingolo Precision Products for 29 years.
Lou excels in many roles in our Hackensack, New Jersey office. He is not only Office Manager, but also manages Sales, Service and Inventory Control. Lou obtained an Associate’s Degree in Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Lou also received the NJSPLS Friend of the Society Award 2007.
Many would tell you that Lou is both a good listener and advisor. He loves to travel and experience different cultures. Lou enjoys dancing to Latin music and is a big food fanatic. His father was a significant influence in his life, instilling in him to work hard, respect and love each other. Lou’s favorite quote is “God will Provide.”
Jason O’Rourke is a Sales Consultant at Keystone Precision Solutions. As Sales Consultant, Jason assisting our customers with finding the right solutions to get the job done. In addition, Jason helps build new and existing customer relationships. Jason honorably served in the U.S. Navy for four years. He graduated from SUNY Farmingdale with an Associate’s Degree and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from University of New York, Queens College as well as obtained his Certificate in GIS from Ferris State University. Jason is an NSPS Certified Survey Technician and a Member New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors and a Member of National Society of Professional Land Surveyors. His volunteer work includes Little League coaching and Cub Scouts. Jason has many interests but mostly loves the outdoors, reading about exploration, and collecting old maps. He also stays busy with many creative restoration projects and outdoor work at his home. Jason enjoys spending time with his family – his wife, daughter and son and their dog in the beautiful Hudson Valley where they live.
Brad Pray is a Sales Consultant based in Syracuse, NY. Although Brad has been with the KPS team for a short time he has over 20 years of experience in business sales and operations. Brad’s previous experience was helping business owner’s, in back-up power generation, grow and improve the flow of their business. He lives in Baldwinsville, NY with his wife and two children.
Mike Allard is the Forensic Solutions Consultant based at our branch office in Milford MA. Mike has been with the KPS team since March of 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in sales and training in forensic mapping. Mike spent over 30 years in Law Enforcement specializing in Collision Reconstruction and Crime Scene documentation. He currently lives in Massachusetts and enjoys cooking, hockey, and his motorcycle.
